The price of shares can be affected by many differentevents. Adjustment Factors, also called Apportionment of Base Costs, are essential for accurate share price and historical pricing data.

EDI already provides global adjustment factors via email or via its web-based application. Our Adjustment records are generated on the ex-date or effective date to assure the data is available on the day the price is affected.

The UK Adjustment Factors service is directly connected to our UK Corporate Actions Bulletin. The Adjustment records are available either via the Adjustment Factor Tab or via a simple click from the relevant corporate action announcement.
