UK Corporate Actions Service Available on the Internet or as a Data Feed

• UK Corporate Actions on the Web

This new Internet-based Corporate Actions service, provides detailed information on UK Corporate Actions. This is crucial for the effective processing of capital event changes. Sourced directly from the London Stock Exchange, this service covers Corporate Actions of UK and Irish-listed securities. The user has the option to view a calendar, request an advanced search or download data in ASCII text or Excel formats. With this new online service there is no need to download updates or for any additional software as the system is automatically updated on the web.

• UK Corporate Actions Feed

The new UK Corporate Actions Feed allows Data Vendors and Brokerage Houses to incorporate UK corporate actions data into their own internal systems without the need for re-inputting. The feed is based on the acclaimed London Stock Exchange’s Stock Situation Notices (SSNs).
