Corporate Actions: UK Corporate Actions Bulletin

UK Corporate Actions Bulletin is a Corporate Actions service which provides detailed information on the terms of an event, the settlement timetable relevant to it and information that is important to processing crucial investment decisions. Clients also have access to a Dividend calendar that provides the ability to search for future Ex, Record and Pay dates.

The data is sourced from all the regulatory new services that exist in the UK and from shareholder circulars and is made available to our clients via a Web service.

Recently, EDI enhanced the online service (Wincab2) by incorporating a New Portfolio View which allows the user to view any Corporate Actions Bulletins affecting those securities held within their portfolio on any selected day. Once the user has uploaded a portfolio of stocks into the service, he can produce a detailed summary report on any corporate actions for those securities held within the portfolio within a click .
